What Style Would You Like To Use : Daytrading or Swingtrading?
All trading styles
are possible, but only a few are advisable for
everybody. The main point lies in recognizing
the style that is more suitable for us and check
which one conforms to our ability in standing
firm. The purpose of this choice is the
capital’s preservation, and it
is the primary role of my way of doing trading.
As long as you
are not able to make profits getting in and
out of the market in a period of 15 to 30 minutes
according to the style proper of daytrading,
you’d better avoid scalping, i.e operating
on a price going from $ 0.25 to $ 0,50, with
quantities of share from 1.000 to 10.000.
Scalping, in fact,
is the toughest kind of Daytrading, even if
the least risky. Since the price differences
fluctuate of few ticks, the bid and ask indicated
on the book of the 2 Level show you the price
fluctuation, as well as when to buy or sell.
Thus, many operations with few cents of difference
with a sufficient quantity of capital allow
you to get substantial volumes.
If
you have a less than six-month trading
experience or you have been trying to
tidy yourselves up after some losses
due to daytrading, I suggest that
you should operate in Swing trading
(at intervals of 2-10 days)
with small amounts of shares, e.g. about
100- 300 share per time.
You can see directly
and in real time how I work with both techniques
- Daytrading and Swingtrading- in Privat
Chat.
This is an economical
way of learning the " lesson " and
make practice without useless risks, doing a
good job for yourselves, too.
